In total SOAP runs faster than SSPACE on this example but both are much faster than SOPRA.
In terms of ease of use SSPACE requires a bit less than SOAP but both are much easier to use than SOPRA.
N50 wise SOAP and SSPACE are given giving similar results here whcih are better than SOPRA. Please note though that we did not test the correctnedd of the data.
