Summary: A series of techniques that in combination reduces a single genome to a size small enough to be sent as an email attachment.

Description

A genome is compressed using a reference genome and a SNP database.

The current code is more a proof of concept form and contains specific hard coded locations for the reference genome (human), SNPs and the genome to be compressed.
