- Tidy up the References part of an application: I need to write a 'semantic' version of the publication extension.
- Go through the 'monster thread' and make sure everything there is here.
- Create a page of links... Software lists on Wikipedia, NBIC, Embrace, BioCatalogue, MetaBase, etc.
- Harvest bioinformatics applications from the literature, i.e. Bioinformatics (journal), BMC Bioinformatics, etc.
- Add popularity and user rating features.
- Add a specific commenting system (beyond the regular wiki system, i.e. using SMW/SF)? (I hate wiki comments...if only we had a threaded robust commenting system... ;). Might start a designated thread for every package and link them to the wiki articles? ECO 02:30, 28 October 2009 (UTC))

- unify 'created by' and 'author' properties.

- Add a query (or link) to return all 'bioinformatics applications' that use the given file format.
