Summary: De novo genome assembler from short reads

"Error: no local variable "counter" was set." is not a number.

Description

A novel assembler and scaffolder that uses an efficient hashing strategy. When compared on Pichia or E.coli it performed very well when compared to other de-novo assemblers. It was tested up to Arabidopsis genome size (~120MB) with simulated reads.
