Description

Cross-linking and immunoprecipitation data is a method for identifying RNA-protein interactions on a transcriptome-wide basis. RNA is cross-linked to proteins, and then specific proteins are immunoprecipitated with antibodies. RNA is released from the immunoprecipitated proteins and sequenced. PARalyzer is designed to analyze such datasets.
