Description
The command line program ClustDB combines
- a novel count sort algorithm performed in linear time and on the place,
- efficient data reduction during computation
- fast low level UNIX disk operations
into a powerful tool for exact sequence matching. The tool allows for studying large sets of sequences rather than one very long concatenated sequence.
