Summary: DNAA (DNA Analysis) software for analysis of Next-Generation Sequencing data.
"Error: no local variable "counter" was set." is not a number.
DNAA complements BFAST.
It has a number of utilities, including:
- Calculate various statistics from alignment files in the SAM format (see SAMtools).
- Calculate distribution of paired end distances (dbampairedenddist)
- Assist BFAST with bisulfite methylation analysis (dmethyl/dmethylbaf))
- Detecting structural variants (dstructure, dtranslocations)
- Filter BAM files (dbamfilter, dbammetric)
- Estimate error distributions (dbamerrordist)
- Create whole-genome simulated sequence data (wgsim)
- Analyze various possible encoding schemes for ABI SOLiD data.
- Other utilities in development.
