Description

This package takes a index BAM file and extracts all the miRNA sequence data and converts it into a miRspring HTML document. Each document contains one data set and allows the user to not only view the sequencing data but the ability to analyse the data for miRNA processing. The document does not need any internet connectivity and therefore is perfect resource to share or include in publications.
