Summary: ta-siRNA (trans-acting short interfering RNA): prediction of phased ta-siRNAs in plant sRNA datasets.

"Error: no local variable "counter" was set." is not a number.

Description

Part of the UEA sRNA Workbench freely available at:

http://srna-workbench.cmp.uea.ac.uk

ta-siRNA (trans-acting short interfering RNA): prediction of phased ta-siRNAs in plant sRNA datasets. Users are presented with the coordinates of the TAS loci and the phased sRNAs. After prediction is complete users can click on a TAS locus to have it visualised as it appears on the genome
