CLEVER internal segment size based approach, whichorganizes all reads (including concordant ones) into aread alignment graph where max-cliques represent maximalcontradiction-free groups of alignments. A specifically engineeredalgorithm then enumerates all max-cliques and statisticallyevaluates them for their potential to reflect insertions ordeletions (indels).
