iOmics is a Cloud based genomics (NGS) data management and analysis workflow platform. As a comprehensive cloud based analytical workflow framework iOmics is available in two flavors: Basic and Advanced.

iOmics - Basic : The basic version of iOmics also called DIY (Do-It-Yourself) analysis comes with Cloud infrastructure (high performance computing hardware) and all the necessary analysis workflow (parallel and distributed software algorithms) for analyzing and visualizing your NGS data. The Basic version will have a limited technical and bioinformatics support.

iOmics - Advanced : The advanced version of iOmics is perfect for someone who is hard pressed for time to translate research into application or hypothesis into discovery. It comes with complete Cloud compute hardware, NGS analysis workflow framework and extensive technical and bioinformatics support. With this version the customers will enjoy the benefit of custom analysis pipeline development and a complete analytical support from our expert computational biology team
